'Remember Mother's Day' - Dennis Lewis
Sometime back, I set up a still life at home picking a few roses from my backyard along with a few household items I found around the house. After completing the painting, I decided to put it away not quite happy with the final results. I was encouraged to enter it in one of the local shows here in the area. Well, to my amazement I received a second place win.
Hmmmmmmm.... I guess sometimes it's important to put our work out there and allow others to decide even when we doubt ourselves.
